Chelsea is hoping to take their turn at the top of the EPL table as they meet Everton on Sunday at Stamford Bridge. The Everton centre-back, Yerry Mina is expected to make his full debut for the Sunday game(2:15 pm).
Yerri Mina who was signed during the summer window by Everton’s manager Marco Silva has been added to the Everton’s squad to make his full debut as Everton face Chelsea on Sunday.
The Columbian, Yerri Mina will play the centre back along with Michael Keane. Mina replaced Leighton Baines from the starting XI and Everton has not given the reason for the change. According to reports, it is speculated that the change has nothing to do with Baines’ fitness.
Marco Silva’s side performed remarkably as they were victorious against Brighton 3-1 with Richarlison scoring two goals at the Goodison Park.
Everton has won four out five Premier League matches they have played, moving them to the ninth position on the table.
Everton’s recent defeat was from their match against Manchester United a few weeks back which ended 2-1.
The Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri who has remained unbeaten since he started his job in Chelsea is prepared to bag another three (3) point for his club on Sunday.
With Eden Hazard gaining back his fitness after the match against Crystal Palace last Sunday and starting for Chelsea against Bate, we are sure we will see soon action from the Chelsea star.
With Morata’s recent form, scoring six goals, two from the game against Crystal Palace, Morata is settling himself as the first choice striker.
Chelsea rested some players like David Luiz, Antonio Rudiger and Marcos Alonso against the match against Bate on Thursday. These players are set to return to the squad for the match on Sunday against Everton.
